I have been a social worker for over 20 years, working in various settings with children including foster care, independent living programs, school settings, and various community mental health settings.  

 

I received my Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University and my Master’s degree from Arizona State University. I was hired by Adopt as a contract social worker in 2009 to complete home studies and provide post placement support for families. When BAAS and AI began collaborating, I began working with families from both agencies.  It's truly a magical experience to see families being created and I am grateful and honored to be a part of the magic!

 

Currently, I have a private practice in Pleasanton, CA specializing in psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults. In my free time, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, playing card games and board games with my family, gardening, or snuggled up on my couch reading a book.
