Hello! We are Katrina and Milan. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to introduce ourselves. We respect and admire your bravery throughout this difficult time. We recognize the heartfelt decision you will make for you and your baby out of love and sincerity.

We met in 2011 at a previous job and have been together ever since. Our relationship has grown based on shared values, family, love, laughter, and respect. As our careers and own personal goals have been achieved, we are now excited to have a family of our own. After many attempts we were not able to have a child, therefore the path to having a family has led us to adoption. 

Milan is funny, very kind, family-oriented, intelligent, spontaneous, and reliable. He is an easy-going individual who was raised around a large family.  Arriving from the Philippines at the age of five, his childhood was and still is filled with the warmth of his family.  In elementary school, he made friends, who he remains connected to even to this day. These days he enjoys his career as a Registered Nurse and it has been very rewarding in its unique way. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoor, playing basketball, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and some reading and video games on rainy days.  Occasional trips to Disneyland with his elementary school friends are also a plus. One of Milan’s childhood dreams is to travel to Egypt, Greece, Italy, Japan, and Australia. 

Katrina was born in the Philippines but raised in California as a young girl. She attained her education as a Registered Nurse and has enjoyed her career with fulfillment. She grew up very close to her cousins and remains close to them and her sisters today. Katrina is a homebody and likes being cozy with a good book.  Katrina is hardworking, driven, respectful, nurturing, faithful, and kind. She loves baking and trips to beaches. She enjoys dancing, hiking, yoga, walking her dog, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Together, we enjoy walking our dog on trails close by our house, watching movies, and trips to the beach. We are both close to our families and love spending time with them. Luckily most live nearby. Our families and friends are excited and supportive of our baby to join our family and share in our traditions. 

Our home is within blocks of local eateries, the grocery store, the neighborhood elementary school, hiking trails, and playgrounds. We look forward to creating memories with our child such as road trips, beach walks, snuggles, laughter and are excited to see the world through his or her perspective. 

We are committed to building a healthy relationship with our child’s birth family by keeping open communication and supporting one another. By knowing his or her culture and heritage, your child will always know that he or she is loved by you and us. We will cherish your decision for your baby.
